##NOTICE##：

**Students who apply for winter vacation can only cancel the application before Jan 9 or you will need to pay the full amount of dorm fee for winter vacation as the default fine.

(1) To ensure the security of stunts, students who have not applied (or paid) for the winter vacation accommodation will have no access right of the entrance guard system during the winter vacation. (Please leave the dormitory before 5:00 pm on January 9, 2021)

(2) NO need to relocate the bed EXCEPT during Chinese New Year (Feb. 10 to Feb. 16).

**International and Overseas Chinese students will relocate the beds during Chinese New Year (Feb. 10 to Feb. 16) at Dorm C or L, Villiage 1 or International Village (for students whose original rooms are in the above dorms, you will stay in your original room). Students could move back to the original room on Feb 17.
