Due to thefts in dormitories last semester, and for the safety of our students, the university authority and the Student Association decide to install security cameras in passageways, corridors, and main entrances in each dormitory. Here is a notice to residents regarding the use of security camera.
1. Security cameras are for security purposes only.
2. Security cameras will generally be utilized only in public areas where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy.
3. Security cameras will not be installed in private areas such as restrooms, rooms.
