The student who is living in the dorm MUST reply.

If you are not living in the dorm BUT want to apply for next semester, you NEED reply the survey question.

If you are not living in the dorm and won't apply for next semester, you don't need to reply.

** *For graduates who want to apply the summer stay need to fill out the survey and the application form ( please find it in the attached). The application form should be completed by yourself and signed by the supervisor, and then submit to the campus housing service division before 17:00 p.m. on June 13, 2025.

III. Notice: Please pay attention to the application deadlines to avoid any fines.

(1)  Students who apply for accommodation for next semester can only cancel the application before 5:00 P.M., June 23, 2025 for free. If you cancel it between June 24 to August 8, you will still need to pay 1/5 of the accommodation fee as the default fine.  If you cancel it between August 9 to September 8, you will still need to pay 1/4 of the accommodation fee as the default fine. For students who request to cancel the application after the new semester begins (September 9, 2025), please kindly note you will need to pay full amount of accommodation fee and cannot ask for refund.

(2)  Students who apply for summer vacation from June 21 can only cancel the application before June 18 ,  students who apply for summer vacation from July 25 can only cancel the application before July 23 . If the cancellation is overdue, students will need to pay the full amount of dorm fee for summer vacation as the default fine.

(3)  To ensure the security of our students, those who have not applied (or paid) for the summer vacation accommodation will have no access right of the entrance guard system during the summer vacation. Please be sure to leave the dormitory before 12:00 pm on June 21, 2025 (including students who have not renewal the accommodation for next semester).

(4) If you are returning to your home country but need to store items in your room, please apply for summer accommodation.

(5) Because beds not in use during the summer break might be given to study tour groups, all personal belongings must be completely cleared out. For students staying next semester but NOT during the summer:

- Please check out before 12:00 noon, June 21.

- The room must be cleared and empty. Each person is allowed to store 2 boxes (labeled with your student ID and name) and 1 mattress ( which is wrapped in a large black plastic bag) in storage locations：The storage room in Wuling Village 2 and the basement of E dormitory. 

- Please do not store valuables—the Campus Housing Service Division is not responsible for the safekeeping or compensation of stored items.

- Return your room key to service station, and get it from the service station when moving back in.

- If an inspection finds items left, summer accommodation fees will be charged. 

(6) Do not occupy vacant beds. If personal items are found on vacant beds and interfere with cleaning, they will be discarded.

(7)  The students who did not apply for the Summer Stay can return to dormitory at 8 am, September 2, 2025.

(8) If students want to change the dormitory, please apply for room changing and complete all the moving process before leaving.

(9) No short-term accommodation.

※  IMPORTANT!!! Students who have not applied for "check-out" are considered to have renewed their stay for the first semester of the 114th academic year.

三、注意事項：

(1)、已申請下學期住宿同學如因個人因素欲取消住宿，必須於6月23日下午5點前親至宿服組辦理免費取消。自6月24日~8月8日申辦，請依規定繳交1/5住宿費為違約金。自8月9日~9月8日申辦，請依規定繳交1/4住宿費為違約金。9月9日開學後取消需繳全額並不得申請退費。

(2)、已申請暑宿同學如因個人因素欲取消住宿，申請全期及第1期暑宿者最晚須在6月18日，申請第2期暑宿者最晚須在7月23日親至宿舍服務中心辦理取消，若逾時申辦， 請依規定繳交全額暑宿費用作為違約金。

(3)、為確保住宿同學權益與安全，凡未申請暑假住宿（含未完成繳費）及已申請下學期退宿之同學，將取消暑假期間門禁系統進出權限，請務必於2025年6月21日中午12時前，完成硬體設備清潔及環境整理後，離開宿舍。

(4)、若回國但房間內須存放物品者請務必申請暑宿。

(5)、若僅申請下學期住宿但無申請暑假住宿，

- 房間須淨空，每人限放2箱+1床墊，床墊請以大黑色塑膠袋包好，其它物品需裝箱貼好學號姓名，未裝箱者不予寄放。貴重物品請勿存放，宿服組不負保管及賠償責任。寄放地點為武嶺二村儲藏室、E棟地下室。

- 離開時請至宿服站歸還鑰匙，開放入住時再至宿服站領鑰匙。

-  若查房發現無申請暑宿但床位無淨空仍有物品將會開立暑宿費用。

(6)、暑假將進行新生床位打掃，請勿堆放私人物品在空床位上，違者之物品將會被丟掉。

(7)、自2025年9月2日上午8時起開放未申請暑假住宿之同學返回宿舍。

(9) 不開放短期住宿
