Dear Residents,

The accommodation survey for the next semester and summer vacation will be conducted in mid-May. Please refer to the following information:

1. The check-out deadline for this semester is 12:00 noon, June 21.
2. Only students who apply accommodation for next semester are eligible to apply for summer housing. Summer housing is available only for the full or half term, and no short-term stays.
3. Because beds not in use during the summer break might be given to study tour groups, all personal belongings must be completely cleared out. For students staying next semester but NOT during the summer:

• Please check out before 12:00 noon, June 21.
• The room must be cleared and empty. Each person is allowed to store 2 boxes (labeled with your student ID and name) and 1 mattress ( which is wrapped in a large black plastic bag) in storage locations which will be announced separately. Please do not store valuables—the Campus Housing Service Division is not responsible for the safekeeping or compensation of stored items.
• Return your room key to service station, and get it from the service station when moving back in.
• If an inspection finds items left, or not returning the room key, summer accommodation fees will be charged.

4. If you are returning to your home country but need to store items in your room, please apply for summer accommodation.
5. For students who are going to graduate this semester, to apply for summer vacation stay, they have fill out the application form (with advisor’s signature) and return it to the Campus Housing Service Division. The move-out deadline for summer stay is by 12:00 noon, August 22.
6. Do not occupy vacant beds. If personal items are found on vacant beds and interfere with cleaning, they will be discarded.
