Please complete the check out procedures within 3 days before you leave the Dorm. 請於離宿日前三天內完成離退流程

1. Please fill out the Dormitory check out form. 至服務站填寫離宿單。

For students who stay in Wuling dormitory, please visit the Wuling Service Station (international dorm,1F); for students who stay in dormitory C, please visit the Thsuiheng station( in dormitory B).

2. Exchange students need to bring the NSYSU leaving form交換生需額外攜帶本校離校手續單
3. Electricity bill

- For students who stay in Wuling dormitory, the electricity bill(Sep-Nov) has been placed at the Wuling service station. Please contact the dormitory service staff to get the bill.

- For students who stay in dormitory C, the bill is arranged to your room.

The bill can be paid in the convenience store or post office. After payment, please provide the receipt to the dormitory service staff for verification.

電費：電費單並至便利商店或郵局繳清電費，並將收據提供給宿服員檢查。

4. Room Clearance: When checking out, please ensure the room is cleared and cleaned. Record a video of the room's condition (including the room number) and present it to the dormitory service staff.

房間淨空：退宿時請淨空並清潔房間，並拍攝房況影片(需拍到房號)出示給宿服員檢查。

5. Please place the discarded mattress at the designated location (as shown in the photo at the taped area) and attach the bed number to it.
   • International dorm: The lounge next to the wuling station
   • Wuling Village 1: The corridor near 81213( from entrance 2) and 81005 (from entrance 4),
   • Dormitory C: the basement of dorm C, laundry area.

請將廢棄床墊放置在以下地點(如圖所示)並貼上床位號

5. • 國際村：武嶺三村交誼廳
   • 武嶺一村：81213、81005前走廊
   • C棟：C棟地下室洗衣區
6. Room Key: When checking out, please return the key. If the check out date is 1 to 3 days later, a deposit of 200 NTD is required for the key. The 200 NTD will be refunded upon returning the key at checkout.

鑰匙：退宿時請繳回鑰匙，如果退房日為1-3天後，需付200元作為鑰匙押金，退宿時繳回鑰匙即可拿回200元。

7. After completing the checks for the key, electricity bill, and cleaning status, the dormitory service staff will stamp on the Dormitory Check-out form.

完成鑰匙、電費、清潔狀況檢核，宿服員將會在離宿手續單上蓋小章。

8. Visit the Campus Housing Division office at Dorm A to find Eugenie (during the week-day) with the dorm check out form to put the stamp on NSYSU leaving form.
