I. Please apply for withdraw and check electricity bills in advance.

1. If you did not apply for withdraw in the google survey by December 17, please come to the Campus housing division office ( in dorm A) to register it.

若無在12月17日前線上申請退宿，需親自至宿服組辦公室申請退宿

2. Electricity Fee:

The final electricity bill period is from September - November 2024. No electricity bill is isssued from December 2024. According to your accommodation period, please check on the Taiwan Bank website to confirm if there are any unpaid electricity bills. The bill can be paid in the convenience store or post office. The overdue bills can only be paid in the post office. After payment, please provide the receipt to the dormitory service staff for verification.

電費：最後一期電費單是2024年9月到11月，從12月開始就沒有電費單。請依照自己的住宿期間，自行上台銀網站確認是否有欠繳電費單，電費單可至便利商店或郵局繳清，並將收據提供給宿服員檢查。

II. Notice: Please pay attention to the withdrawal application deadlines to avoid any fines. 罰款注意事項

1. From December 18, 2025, students must go to the Campus Housing Division in person to submit their withdrawal application.  

2.  Withdrawal is free for students who apply before December 29, 2025. 12月29日下午5點前可免費退宿。

3.  From December 30 to January 26, students who withdraw must pay 1/5 of the accommodation fee as the default fine.  From January 27 to February 23, students who withdraw must pay 1/4 of the accommodation fee as the default fine. For students who request to cancel the application after the new semester begins (February 24, 2026), please kindly note you will need to pay full amount of accommodation fee and cannot ask for refund.自12月30日~1月26日申辦退宿，請依規定繳交1/5住宿費為違約金。自1月27日~2月23日申辦退宿，請依規定繳交1/4住宿費為違約金。2月24日起取消住宿需繳全額並不得申請退費。

III. 退宿當天 On move-out day

1. Room Clearance: When checking out, please ensure the room is cleared and cleaned. Please record a video of the room's condition (including the room number).

房間淨空：退宿時請淨空並清潔房間，並拍攝房況影片(需拍到房號)

2. Please place the discarded mattress at the designated location

- International dorm: The lounge next to the wuling station

- Wuling Village 1: The corridor near 81213( from entrance 2) and 81005 (from entrance 4)

- Dormitory C: the basement of dorm C, laundry area.

請將廢棄床墊放置在以下地點

- 國際村：武嶺三村交誼廳

- 武嶺一村：81213、81005前走廊

- C棟：C棟地下室洗衣區

3. Go to the dorm service station 前往宿服站

- Please present the Room Clearance video to the dormitory service staff. 出示房間清潔影片

-Return the room key. 歸回鑰匙

IV. Deposit Refund Information

1. Please check and sign your Inventory and Deposit Refund Inspection Form at the service station. 退宿時請至宿服站填寫財產檢核表

2. For those who have not yet provided their refund information, please make sure to fill it in accurately. 尚未填寫退款資訊者，請確實填寫退款資訊

The account number must contain 14 digits (excluding the post office code 700).

Please ensure the information is accurate. Incorrect account numbers will result in failure to process the dormitory deposit refund.

V. Check out Time 退宿時間

1. To ensure the security of our students, those who have not applied accommodation for next semester will have no access right of the entrance guard system. Please be sure to leave the dormitory before 12:00 pm on February 2, 2026. 為確保住宿同學權益與安全，已申請下學期退宿之同學，將門禁系統進出權限，請務必於2026年2月2日中午12時前，完成硬體設備清潔及環境整理後，離開宿舍。
