Check-out Procedures for students who apply Half -Term summer stay

1.  Please leave the dorm before 12:00, July 28 2025. 
2.  Because beds not in use during the summer break might be given to study tour groups, all personal belongings must be completely cleared out.
3.  The room must be cleared and empty. Each person is allowed to store 2 boxes (labeled with your student ID and name) and 1 mattress ( which is wrapped in a large black plastic bag) in storage locations：The storage room in Wuling Village 2 and the basement of E dormitory.
4.  Please do not store valuables—the Campus Housing Service Division is not responsible for the safekeeping or compensation of stored items.
5.  Return your room key to service station, and get it from the service station when moving back in.
6.  If an inspection finds items left, summer accommodation fees will be charged.
7.  If you are returning to your home country but need to store items in your room, please apply for summer accommodation.
8.  Before leaving the dormitory, please turn off doors, windows, power and water taps.
9.  Those who have not applied for summer vacation accommodation could return to the dormitory at 8 a.m. on September 2.
