From 113 academic year, accommodation for the first semester includes winter vacation accommodation. Therefore, no additional application for winter vacation accommodation is required.  自113學年起，上學期住宿已包含寒假住宿，故本年度寒假不清宿，寒假住宿也不需另外申請。

The dormitories will remain open during the Lunar New Year holiday, and there is no need for centralized accommodation. 過年期間不關宿，也不需集中住宿。   

Notice for Those Not Staying in the Dormitory during winter vacation 寒假不留宿須注意

1. Please do not use or place items on vacant beds/ desk/ closets. Cleaning of vacant beds will be carried out during the winter break. Any personal belongings found on vacancies     during cleaning will be removed and discarded.  寒假期間將進行空床位清潔作業，若於空床位上發現個人物品，將直接予以丟棄。

2. The dormitory environment is humid. Those not staying during winter vacation are advised to take protective and moisture-proof measures for mattresses and personal belongings (e.g., using dehumidifier packs) to reduce the risk of mold. 本校宿舍環境潮溼，寒假未留宿者請做好床墊及個人物品的防護與防潮措施(例如放置防潮包等)，以減少發霉情形

3.Before leaving, ensure that doors and windows are securely locked to prevent monkey intrusions. 離開宿舍前務必鎖好門窗，以免猴子入侵。

4.Public areas of the dormitory will still undergo construction during the winter vacation. 寒假期間宿舍區公共區域仍會有工程進行。

5. Students are reminded to take valuables with them. Items left behind should be stored inside lockers and securely locked to prevent loss, damage, or contamination. The Campus Dormitory Services Division is not responsible for the safekeeping or compensation of any items left in dormitory rooms during the winter vacation. 提醒同學帶走貴重物品，留下的東西要收到櫥櫃內鎖好，以免物品遺失、損壞或髒污。宿服組對於寒假期間放置於寢室內之物品不負保管及賠償責任。
