The following check-out procedures apply to students who:

• Have applied for accommodation next semester but not for summer accommodation; or
• Have applied for Half-Term Summer Stay.

1. Check-out Deadline

• Students who have applied for accommodation next semester but NOT for summer accommodation: Check out before 12:00 noon on June 22, 2026.
• Students staying for Half-Term Summer Stay (June 22 – July 25): Check out before 12:00 noon on July 25, 2026.
• Students staying for Half-Term Summer Stay (July 25 – August 31): Check out before 12:00 noon on June 22, 2026.

2. Clear Out All Personal Belongings: as unused beds during the summer may be assigned to study tour groups, all personal belongings must be completely removed from the room.

3. Storage Arrangements: The room must be completely emptied. Each student may store:

• 2 boxes (clearly labeled with student ID number and name)
• 1 mattress (wrapped in a large black plastic bag)

4. Responsibility for Stored Items: Please do not store valuables. The Campus Housing Service Division is not responsible for the safekeeping of stored items and will not provide compensation for any loss or damage.

5. Room Key Return: Please return your room key to the service station when checking out. The key can be collected from the service station when you move back in.

6. Charges for Items Left in Rooms: If personal belongings are found in the room during inspection, summer accommodation fees will be charged.

7. Students Returning to Their Home Country: If you plan to return to your home country during the summer but wish to keep your belongings in your room, you must apply for summer accommodation.

8. Before Leaving the Dormitory: Please ensure that you close and lock all doors and windows, turn off electrical appliances and power supplies and turn off all water taps

9. Returning to the Dormitory: Students who have not applied for summer accommodation, as well as those who have applied for Half-Term Summer Stay (June 22–July 25), may return to the dormitory beginning at 8:00 a.m. on September 1, 2026.
